Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: YoursStore. Email: yoursstoremb@gmail.com.

Buyer: The person who places an order on cozyfondue.com, using the name, address and email entered at checkout.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer on cozyfondue.com. The product name, quantity, price, shipping charge and total are shown on the order page and in the order confirmation email.

3. Price and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is made at checkout by credit or debit card through our payment provider. The order is confirmed once payment is approved.

4. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped to the delivery address given by the Buyer. A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Delivery estimates are listed in our Shipping Policy.

5. Right of return and refund

The Buyer may return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it, as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

If a product arrives damaged or is not the item ordered, contact us at yoursstoremb@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes

Please contact us first at yoursstoremb@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. This agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where the Buyer lives.

9. Acceptance

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read and accepted this agreement, the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
